The X Files File 11 Patient X is the eleventh video in the file series for the American Sci Fi TV programme The X Files in which certain 2 or 3 part episodes were edited into a movie type format. It was originally released in 1998. This particular video edited together the episodes "Patient X" and "The Red and the Black" (from season 5).

In a mountainous region of Kazakhstan, UFO zealots are summoned to take part in a group alien abduction. But the abduction never occurs...only fiery death and destruction.
Compelled by the same forces, Scully joins a subsequent group abduction on a bridge in rural Virginia. It, too, ends in unimaginable disaster. Having lost faith in paranormal explanations, Mulder refuses to believe extraterrestrials are responsible for the mass homicides. Scully, however, will relive the horrifying events on the bridge through hypnosis and reach her own ominous conclusion: two alien races are engaged in a war that threatens all of humanity.
